SITE DELIVERY CHARGES

Please refer to site delivery charges in our quarterly price guide.

Please Note:

  1. A representative of your company must be present on site to receive your delivery.
  2. Aborted deliveries will still incur the site delivery charge.

SMALL ORDERS

All orders with a value of less than £100+VAT will be subject to a postage, carriage or delivery charge if required as an individual delivery.

BLUE BOOK

Additional Blue Books are available at a cost of £10 + VAT. Contact our sales office to order a copy.

IMPORTANT NOTE

For the restocking of goods wrongly ordered or no longer required Waterline will make a charge of 25% of the invoice value of the goods returned/restocked.

Goods ordered incorrectly, or no longer required must be notified to Waterline within 28 days, and will be subject to handling charges where applicable.

Damaged goods must be notified within 7 working days of the delivery. Order Confirmations are issued for all orders, and must be checked carefully with regard to product codes and pricing.

Please Note:

  1. We will not accept returns for worktops or Pergo wrongly ordered. Please take extra care when ordering these items.
  2. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for Special Order non-stock items.
