RETURNS POLICY

Absolutely no returns will be accepted for Special Order non-stock items listed below. A non-return consent form must be signed before we can process these orders.

All worktop sink modules must be inspected on delivery.

All ceramic and glass sinks and all glass hoods and hobs must be inspected on delivery. We cannot accept returns for damaged glass products.

Any goods damaged in transit, supplied in error or found to be faulty before installation must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.

Following installation, faulty goods will only be collected if a manufacturer has issued a request for uplift.

Any goods surplus to requirement or no longer required must be reported within 30 days of delivery and must be packaged as new. A restocking charge of 25% on unwanted goods will be applied. We are unable to collect worktops, flooring or any special order items. (See list below).

All requests for collections must be submitted on a Waterline request for uplift form.

PAYMENTS FOR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Subject to customer's available credit, payment may be required before the order is placed with the supplier.

SITE DELIVERY CHARGES

Deliveries up to £500 (excl VAT) are £25. Deliveries over £500 (excl VAT) are £50.
