To enable our customer service team to respond to your queries in a timely manner, all customer support queries will be categorized and processed under one of the following three categories:

Appliance (pre-delivery) – queries concerning non-furniture items which have not yet been delivered.
Appliance (post-delivery) – any queries relating to non-furniture items which have been delivered (this includes any queries concerning missing or non-delivered items).
Furniture – queries in relation to furniture products (whether pre or post-delivery).
